Application
It is used for welding 12Cr18Ni9 (SUS 302), 06Cr19Ni10 (SUS 304) type austenitic stainless steel and similar base metals, and is also often used for welding thin plates.

Precautions for product use
1. Protective gas: pure Ar; flow rate: 9-14L/min when the current is 100-200A, 14-18L/min when the current is 200-300A.
2. Tungsten electrode extension length: 3-5mm; arc length: 1-3mm.
3. The wind speed is limited to ≤1.0m/s; it is recommended to pass argon protection on the back of the welding area.
4. In welding, the magnitude of the welding line energy directly affects the mechanical properties and crack resistance of the weld metal, and more attention should be paid to it.
5. Make sure to remove the rust layer, moisture, oil, dust, etc. on the welding part.
